Find your next thinking challenge

Choose a browser game that rewards deduction, patterns, planning or spatial reasoning. This collection brings together classic challenges and original puzzle implementations with different rules and objectives. Pick the kind of problem you enjoy: a grid solved one clue at a time, a sequence of moves or an opponent’s next reply. These games are for entertainment; no improvement in memory or cognitive health is guaranteed.

Solve puzzles using clues

Nonogram Atelier uses numerical runs around a grid to reveal a picture. Hitori starts with repeated numbers inside the grid and adds adjacency and connectivity rules. In Futoshiki, row and column constraints combine with inequalities between cells. Check the consequences of a mark or candidate rather than treating all three grids as the same puzzle.

A sequence or an opponent’s reply

Tower of Hanoi asks you to move smaller disks aside before moving a larger one. Four in a Row asks you to anticipate a reply on a board where pieces fall into columns. One is a solitary rearrangement problem; the other is a turn-based contest.

Move through a spatial problem

Fifteen Puzzle asks you to arrange numbered tiles around an empty space. Each slide changes which move is available next, so plan a sequence instead of moving one tile without considering the others.
