About the game
A browser adaptation by Zarocer.
Fill the Sudoku grid so each row, column and box contains the digits 1–9. Choose a difficulty or a daily puzzle, with notes, Undo, limited hints and local saves.
Controls
Select a cell and choose a digit from the number pad. Keyboard: 1–9 to enter, arrow keys to move, N for notes. Undo, erase, hints and pause are on the control panel.
Use the intersection to narrow a cell
For an empty square, eliminate digits already present in its row, column and 3 × 3 box. The remaining digits are candidates, not confirmed answers. A digit that has only one possible place in a row, column or box can be entered even when that square initially has several candidates.
For example, if a cell permits 2 and 7 but every other empty square in its box excludes 7, that cell must be 7. Recheck the row and column after entering it. Notes record your reasoning; they do not replace a completed digit or prove that a candidate is correct.
How to play
Fill the 9×9 grid with digits 1 through 9. Each row, column and 3×3 box must contain each digit exactly once. Use notes to track candidates before committing a number.
Modes and local progress
Settle into a Sudoku puzzle with four difficulty levels and uniquely solvable boards. Trazo 9 offers pencil notes, limited hints, error checks, undo and a daily challenge. Your current puzzle and statistics stay in this browser so you can return later.
ZAROCER opens this build in English. Progress and records stay in this browser when storage is available. Use native continuation controls after reloading. Clearing site data can remove saves. Pause, Theater and Fullscreen preserve one game instance.
