A pour can move several matching layers

Choose a source tube and a destination with room. The destination must be empty or have the same color at its top. This water version pours the contiguous top run of matching color until that run ends or the destination fills; one action is not necessarily one layer.

Use an empty tube to expose a buried color, then look for a place to consolidate that color. Filling your only empty space with a new mixed stack can restrict later pours. Before selecting a destination, compare its free space with the visible run on the source.

Recognize a completed tube

A tube is finished when it is full and contains one color. A partly filled single-color tube is useful but is not yet a completed tube. The board is solved when every tube is either empty or full of a single color.

Classic advances through levels; Daily selects its puzzle using the UTC date. Undo lets you reconsider a pour and Hint can offer a continuation. Keep using the same browser when returning to saved progress; these tools do not establish a shared online competition.
