Playing games
How do I start a game?
Open a game page, read its controls and select Play. The player expands to give the game more room. Use Exit to return to the page.
Where can I find the controls?
Each game page has a Controls section and How to play information when available. The game may also have its own Guide or Help menu.
How do I pause or change the sound?
Use the game’s native pause and audio controls. Supported games also show pause controls in the portal toolbar. Controls vary by game.
How do I report a problem?
Use Report on the game page or email felipetoledoalcalde@gmail.com with the game name, device, browser and a description of what happened.
Saves and favorites
Where is my progress saved?
Games that support saves store their progress locally in your browser. Return using the same browser and zarocer.com. Private browsing, blocked storage or clearing site data can remove or prevent saves.
Does Favorites save my match?
No. Favorites saves a shortcut to the game in this browser. Use the game’s own Continue or Resume option to return to a saved match.
What does Continue Playing do?
It lists games you recently opened for play. It helps you find a game again; the game itself determines whether your previous session can resume.
Devices and screen size
Can I play on my phone?
Check Devices on the game page. Mobile-supported games include touch controls, but not every game supports every device.
Do I have to rotate my phone?
No. A rotation suggestion can be dismissed. Landscape can give horizontal games more room, while vertical and adaptive games have different layouts.
Can I play without an internet connection?
Use an internet connection to load games and their assets. Do not rely on offline availability: browser caches do not guarantee that every game will work offline.
Accounts and rankings
Do I need to sign in?
You can play the current catalog without signing in. The account panel opens your local profile, Favorites and recently played games. Online accounts and cloud sync are not connected.
Are portal leaderboards active?
Verified portal leaderboards are not activated yet. A game may have its own local score system; that is separate from portal-wide rankings and rewards.
Privacy and advertising
How do I manage privacy choices?
Read the Privacy page linked in the footer and use Privacy settings when available to manage advertising choices. Browser storage for games and local favorites is separate from advertising preferences.
Will clearing site data affect my games?
It can remove local favorites, play history and game saves. Avoid clearing Zarocer site data if you want to keep local progress.
