Bridge Builder gives you a road, a handful of joints, and an engineering challenge. Connect timber or steel bars to support the crossing, then test your design with a moving truck. Triangles resist changes in shape, but they need continuous connections to carry the load to the riverbanks. Twelve fixed puzzles vary the bridge span, truss height, truck load, and available budget. Timber is economical; steel is stiffer and stronger. Build above or below the road, watch the load test, and adjust your design when the structure bends too far or fails. A failed test lets you keep working on the same bridge. Successful crossings earn local stars and save your lowest material cost. Experimenting with cheaper materials can improve a design that already works. Hints and undo support local practice, and a device save lets you return to an unfinished bridge. Mouse, touch, and numbered keyboard controls are available. You can play without an account or external services. Global ranking remains disabled until portal integration is complete.

Controls

Choose timber or steel. Select a joint, then a nearby joint to place a bar. Connect triangles into a continuous truss between the banks. Select Test bridge to send the truck across. If it fails, adjust the structure or materials while staying within budget. For keyboard play, expand precise joint selection and use Tab and Enter.
