Choose freely placed stones or falling counters

Gomoku and Four in a Row both build lines against an opponent. The placement rule makes their planning problems different. Use the native shared-device option for two people at one screen.

The board determines which threat is reachable

Gomoku places a stone at an empty intersection on a fifteen-by-fifteen board and seeks five in a line. Four in a Row drops a counter into a seven-column board and seeks four. In the latter, an empty square above a gap is not immediately playable.

An opponent mode is not a remote room

Both builds offer computer play as well as taking turns locally. Check the selected mode before your first move. A daily opening is another native option, not proof that another person is connected to the current board.
