Distinguish a hidden fleet from a fleet-placement puzzle
Deduction means using visible evidence to narrow a possibility. The available nautical games demonstrate an important difference: shooting at a hidden opponent is not the same task as solving a complete set of placement clues.
Sea Battle and Fleet Logic use different information
Sea Battle asks you to arrange a fleet and discover the opposing ships through shots on a 10 × 10 grid. Fleet Logic has no opponent or guessing shots: row and column counts and the displayed fleet constrain every ship. Its ships must be straight and separated even diagonally.

Magnets adds a polarity constraint
Each outlined pair in Magnets Puzzle contains opposite poles or remains neutral. Outside counts constrain positive and negative poles in each row and column, while equal poles cannot share an edge. Check the counts and the neighboring poles together.
