Compare when following suit becomes compulsory

Brisca and Sixty-Six both score captured cards, but they do not share one trump or follow-suit rule. These browser builds make their own variants explicit.

Brisca keeps the hand unrestricted

You can play any card from your hand, even when you hold the leading suit. A trump beats a non-trump; otherwise the highest card of the leading suit takes the trick. Capture more than 60 card points to win this two-player game.

Sixty-Six changes after the stock closes

The German 24-card variant uses marriages and a target of 66 card points. Closing or exhausting the stock introduces compulsory following and beating the lead when possible. Hand results award match points; the first player to seven wins the match. Card points and match points are different totals.
