Cooperate on one device in two different ways

Circle TD and Twin Lanterns support local cooperation, but they divide control differently. Local play does not connect separate browsers.

Share the defense or share the keyboard

Circle TD can configure up to four local seats with hot-seat players and AI allies. Twin Lanterns gives Sun and Moon separate keyboard controls: one player uses A/D/W and the other uses the arrows. Choose by whether you want shared tactical decisions or simultaneous movement.

Check the device before choosing two players

Twin Lanterns uses solo touch controls and a hero-switch button on phones and tablets. Its two-player keyboard mode should not be assumed to work as a two-person touchscreen layout. Its time trial clock also continues during pauses.
